THE KULKA is a casual shooter built around one-button movement and escalating projectile patterns. It centers on a small ball that stays alive by flapping between incoming threats while automatically turning enemy defeats into progression. As runs continue, the initial shot changes shape and behavior through level-up choices, shifting the screen from a sparse start into a dense stream of fire. Play revolves around repeated taps or clicks to gain lift, avoid danger, and stay in position long enough to collect experience gems dropped by destroyed targets. Each level presents a single upgrade choice, so the run develops through a chain of small decisions rather than a fixed build path. The main trade-off is between safety and growth: drifting away from hazards keeps the ball alive, but moving toward dropped gems is what unlocks stronger mutations, and that often means crossing riskier lines of fire. The format suits short sessions because the full loop is readable within a few minutes: survive, gather XP, choose an upgrade, and adapt to a busier screen. Its stripped-down control scheme makes it approachable, while the bullet-heavy pacing and upgrade stacking give it more to manage than a simple avoidance game.
